Position Summary

Reporting to the E-business manager for Singapore Retail Business, this position will be managing the e-Commerce key accounts for the market.

A day in the life of Assistant Key Account Manager (e-Commerce)

• Execute and optimize Trade Term Negotiation, development of channel & customer strategy & database supporting e-Business Manager for Singapore market
• Provide support & contribute in Category Strategy from marketing/ Channels & Category Sales Development
• Provide Shopper Insight to Channels & Category Sales Development team
Annual Strategic Planning       
• Involve in Integrated Commercial Planning for Channel/ Customer delivering rolling 18-month commercial plans
• Execute strategies & standards within framework developed by Channels & Category Sales Development
• Execute Point-of-Purchase Strategies delivering Total Trade Spend efficiency and effectiveness within framework
• Jointly develop Annual Activity Plan with marketing/ Channel & Category Sales Development team
• Manage Channel Trade Spend within Total Trade Spend allocation at category level
• Support route-to-market/ distribution plan strategy
Cycle Activity Planning & Implementation
• Develop, support & execute NDP implementation & improving distribution and customer service level within Channel/ Customer Strategy
• Develop Customer Cycle Activity & budget plan with Channel & Category Sales Development team
• Involve in Monthly Forecast Review plan and Category Management projects with retailers
• Communicate with Field Sales to achieve execution of plans and desired merchandising in stores
Monitor & review results
• Involve in promotion management & evaluation to ensure cost effectiveness & ROI by Channel and Customer Promo Mechanics
• Analysis and regular review of Channel/ Customer NPS and Profit & Loss performance  & Total Trade Spend
 

What will make you successful
  • Degree Qualification in Business and relevant discipline
  • At least 4 years of commercial experience demonstrated as account management/ brand/ trade marketing in e-commerce channels
  • Experience in training: Customer Management Best Practice, Foundation of Strategic Category Marketing & Total Trade Spend Strategy
  • Possess business managerial experience within sales, marketing, trade marketing or commercial functions
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skils
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin, to deal with Chinese speaking business counterparts, would be ideal
