Position Summary

You will act as our Brand ambassador to offer trusted, specialized and end-to-end assistance to our corporate clients along their life cycle from new account servicing to order fulfilment and providing secondary support to our home consumers.

A day in the life of...

As our B2B Coffee Specialist with our Customer Service & Contact Center team, your primary role will be the privileged point of contact for our corporate customers from various strategic segments. Your functional, service and sales expertise will engage these customers in becoming their trusted business partner.

To meet the dynamic changing needs of our operations, you will also provide secondary support for our phone, digital and social media channels to deliver exceptional service to our B2C customers, including but not limited to product information, delivery slots and machine troubleshooting.

What will make you successful

  • Experience in customer service / sales outbound / sales administrative environment in B2C and/or B2B (customer focus, products, services, contracts, payment terms, delivery) is an added advantage
  • Passionate about customer service industry with positive attitude in delivering customer service through customer centric mindset to establish a win-win situation
  • Enjoy working in a fast-pace environment and the role would require the individual to work with multiple digital tools and platforms concurrently at the course of work.
  • A team player and someone who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Nature of the job would require someone who is meticulous with high degree of accuracy and the ability to prioritize the work effectively to meet the team objectives and targets
