Position Summary

As our Boutique Mentor, you will act as our Brand ambassador in our Nespresso Boutique to welcome, advise and guide a clientele loyal to up-market products in compliance with the quality standards defined in the Nespresso service offering.  You will also be required to attain the sales targets of the Boutique notably through keen attention and follow-up.

A day in the life of a Boutique Mentor

As our Boutique Mentor, you will be part of the team in creating the Nespresso Consumer Experience Journey for our customers by ensuring that the boutique appearance is well maintained according to the company policy and guidelines.  You will exhibit a pro-active approach towards our customers and provide advice on Nespresso products and services. You will actively manage the database on a daily basis and update our customers’ records to ensure accuracy in our customer database. You will also contribute actively to achieve the targets for individual and boutique basis, ensuring all boutique procedures and guidelines are being adhered and act as a buddy / coach to our Coffee Specialists.  As a Boutique Mentor, you will be required to support the Boutique Leaders in inspiring the team to deliver consistent outstanding customer service, recognizing and sharing success and performance management. Concurrently, you will also be helping to elevate the boutique standards by analyzing the Mystery Shopper results and providing improvement solutions.

What will make you successful
  • Excellent proficiency in English is essential.
  • Experience in working with High end/luxury/ premium FMCG or retail brands would have an added advantage.
  • Preferable with at least 5 years of experience in customer / retail sales with at least 2 years of supervisory experience as a team leader.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in providing basic business analytics, findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Must have a strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty (transparency and trust).
  • Have passion to update oneself constantly with our Sales Guidance.
  • Demonstrate customer centric behavior.
