We are looking for a CRM Executive to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.To drive loyalty and advocacy amongst consumers by digital engagement. Drive and manage the development and management of product digital marketing plan to achieve pre-determined goals and targets

A day in the life of...

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence 
  • Accountable and responsible to define measurement and learning objectives against social media/digital channels to ensure maximum impact and delivery against goals.
  • Accountable to enhance the knowledge and effective usage of relationship marketing (through traditional or digital channels) amongst the brand teams.
  • Accountable and responsible for ensuring adherence to all company principles and policies

What will make you successful

  • 3 years experience in both acquisition and retention marketing 
  • Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills 
  • Continuity or club experience, including retention and cross selling strongly preferred.
