We are currently looking for a highly dynamic, passionate, and talented individual to serve as our: Real Estate Transaction Manager for Asia/Oceana/Sub-Saharan Africa (AOA) to Develop Nestlé in the Market (NiM) Real Estate strategy and implement through high quality transactions. You will be located in Singapore.
 

A day in the life of Real Estate Transaction Manager
  • Understanding real estate transactions in context of NiM/Zone portfolio and business drivers, and operational constraints    
  • Accountable to evaluate, develop and prioritize portfolio optimization opportunities with the support of Regional and NiM WS manager and Real Estate Service Providers (RESPs)    
  • Working in collaboration with the Regional, the NiM WS manager, and RESPs present strategic opportunities (portfolio analysis, market trends etc.) to businesses
  • Accountable for the selection of RESPs for different transactions. Manage the real estate transactions in close cooperation with the selected RESPs, the Nestlé Markets, Zone, and function
  • Ability to develop strong operational partnerships with RESPs to deliver vertically integrated Real Estate services in his/her area of responsibility
  • Contributing to global transaction strategy, processes and methodology (incl. level of outsourcing) as well as global initiatives    
     
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or applicable management/technical discipline
  • Personal experience in management of complex projects and change management 
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills (including the ability to self-perform transactions)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the real estate industry - preferably in the major industrial/manufacturing corporate real estate area
  • Demonstrated successful business partnering, stakeholder management, and engagement
  • Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
