A day in the life of Regional IS/IT Specialist

Nespresso Business Application, Specific and Legacy Solutions Support

  • Manage Level 1 incidents/requests and handled them within local authorized means (i.e. configuration change and fix, functional end users training and etc.) when appropriate
  • Assign incidents/requests to higher tiers support group when no solutions are identified and viable within local authorized means
  • Investigate incident/problems and perform root cause analysis
  • Create, configure and test promotional campaigns in accordance to Markets' marketing and CRM activities
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Finance & Controlling related configurations and setups in Nespresso ERP
  • Develop standard operating procedures for Finance & Controlling modules on Nespresso ERP
  • Document standard operating procedures of all Nespresso specific applications and solutions for subsequent maintenance and support
  • Collaborate with Lviv NBS User Management Nespresso Team on the management (i.e. create, deactivate and modification) of Nespresso ERP users' accounts
  • Responsible for the management (i.e. create, deactivate and modification) of Nespresso legacy solutions accounts (i.e. Avaya and NesExternal)

 

IT Service Management

  • Promote, inculcate and enforce the use of Nestle Service Now (Incident Management Tool) for initiating support and configurations requests and incident/problems logging
  • Responsible in ensuring the right validation and classification of incidents and requests by Nestle Markets' Service Desk Teams
  • Level 1 support for Nespresso proprietary ERP (Nessoft) and business specific application and legacy solutions
  • Monitor progress of incidents/problems escalated to higher tier support teams
  • Liaise with Nestle Markets' Service Desk Teams on the creation and maintenance of Nespresso specific webforms
  • Communicate change management, planned and unplanned outages in the regionIT Hardware Lifecycle Management
  • Document and maintain an up-to-date inventory of Nespresso Markets' fixed assets in Regional IS/IT TeamRoom
  • Plan fixed assets upgrade, refreshment, extension and disposal cycle

 

IT Procurement Process

  • Manage and support vendor creation process with Markets' Finance & Control Teams.
  • Collaborate with Markets' IT coordinators on the CAPEX & PO process
  • Manage the end to end procurement process from the request for quotation, order confirmation and order delivery in the region

 

Projects Delivery

  • Support and assist Regional IS/IT team members in infrastructure and application projects implementation
What will make you successful
  • Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science or IT related field of study
  • English Language will be essential. Fluency in other regional language is an added advantage
  • Experience in application support or helpdesk experience in a multi-national environment with a minimum of overall 2 to 3 years
  • Experience in supporting ERP (preferably in-house) application
  • Work experience and experience in managed global applications (i.e. Service Now, Avaya Site Administrator) is an added advantage
