A day in the life of Technical Executive

Develop machine value propositions, recipe solutions and variety in product application for Nestle Bean to Cup solutions.

Activity involve in Bean to Cup system presentation and demonstrations.

Understand customer requirements and advise suitable Bean to Cup system.

Implement and coordinate site/kiosk installation with business owners, building managements and Nestlé’s vendor.

Provide technical support and expertise to customer by responding to their feedback.

Monitor and improve Bean to Cup system performance and eliminate issue that arise via Nestlé’s vendor. 

Perform Bean to Cup system training to technical team and customers on application theory, system operation, maintenance and hygiene standard.  

What will make you successful

Expertise in fully automatic coffee machine.

Knows the latest trends in coffee and barista preparations, good insights of semi & full auto coffee system.

Experience as a Barista experience an added advantage.

Knows how to address a crowd (barista & building facilities) and industry peers with confidence and conviction.

Experience in Beverage Menu planning and management.

Good knowledge in food handler policies.

Ability to speak English is a must (multilingual will be an added advantage)

Software skills; excel, words, power point, android & IOS base application
