Position Summary

Reporting to the Trade Sales Manager, the Trade Sales Executive will work alongside with the TSM to devise e-Commerce strategies and roadmap and drive e-Commerce business for Nestle Nutrition and Wyeth Nutrition for Singapore market.

A day in the life of Trade Sales Executive (e-Commerce)

- Coordination and administration of all online business activities and ensuring implementation of the annual ecommerce plan, while achieving profitable sales objectives.
- Management of key accounts comprising of e-retailers and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure professional delivery
- Strategic cross-brand partnerships
- Analysis of effectiveness of e-commerce strategies
- Data analysis with qualitative outputs
- Accountability to ensure monthly sales targets are met and online market share growth by brand/category/eRetailers
- Creation of content and delivery on the e-retailer channels
 

What will make you successful

• At least 4 years’ relevant experience in managing e-commerce retailer accounts or working with a successful e-retailer with proven successful delivery and results on sales and account performance
• Sound knowledge of current and best practices/technique/know-how in e-commerce industry
• Sound understanding of sales functions i.e. Trade marketing, Retailer, Field Operations ideally in the FMCG (Food & Beverage) industry
• Experience in marketing and sales roles that requires managing e-commerce accounts
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM/UTM/APIs/CRM
• Good presentation and communication skill
• Ability to work independently and as a team player in a MNC enviroment cross-functionally
• Agility and resilience to work in a fast-paced industry
