A day in the life of...

  • Support the National Channel Manager in executing and optimizing Trade Term Negotiations, the development of channel and customer strategies.
  • Support and contribute to Category strategies & Category Sales developments and Shopper Insights to Channels & Category Sales Development team.
  • Involved in integrated Commercial Planning for Channel/Customer delivering rolling 18-month commercial plans and execute strategies & standards within framework developed by Channels & Category Sales development.
  • Execute Point-of-Purchase Strategies delivering Total Trade Spend efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop Annual Activity Plan with marketing/ Channel & Category Sales Development team.
  • Manage Channel Trade Spend within Total Trade Spend allocation at category level and support the route to market distribution plan strategies.
  • Work with the Channel & Category Sales Development team to develop Customer Cycle Activity & budget plan.
  • Involved in Monthly Forecast Review plan and Category Management projects with our retailers and communicate with Field Sales to achieve execution of plans and desired merchandising in stores. Involved in promotion management & evaluation to ensure cost effectiveness & ROI by Channel and Customer Promo Mechanics.

What will make you successful

  • At least 4 years or more of commercial experience demonstrated as account management/ brand/ trade marketing
  • Experience in training: Customer Management Best Practice, Foundation of Strategic Category Marketing & Total Trade Spend Strategy
  • Possess business managerial experience within sales, marketing, trade marketing or commercial functions
