We are looking for a Customer Based Coordinator to manage stock allocations as required in order to prevent shortages to customer sales orders. This position collaborates with cross-functional business partners to align on actions to mitigate out of stock risk. The role has a direct impact on the service to our customers.

A day in the life of...

Responsibilities

  • Effective customer management through strategic collaborations with related stakeholders
  • Ensuring full supply and on-time delivery of goods to customers
  • Join forecast planning with customers & internal stakeholders, to prepare for future demands
  • Data analysis for improvement opportunities, including achieving set Service Level target
  • Explore savings opportunities that can benefit both customers and Nestle
  • Lead Service Level discussions with customers and internal stakeholders

What will make you successful

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Management or relevant field
  • Min 2 years experience in Supply Chain in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry preferred (Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in SAP system
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities
