Position Summary

In this role you will enrich our Consumer and Sensory Insights Team at NPTC Singen with your experience in the Growth Hacking Field. You will enable the project teams taking fast and facts/evidence-based decisions by proposing, creating and analyzing consumer & shopper experiments to validate the Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit. You proactively contribute from the design of the concept and product to the route to market of the solution using Lean Start-up and Design Thinking approaches. 
Complementary you will support our team in Ad Hoc consumer understanding research projects in close cooperation with product development and strategic partners to ensure that innovation through science and technology is consumer centric and aligned with business strategy.

A day in the life of...
  • Design the “most fit for purpose” experiment to validate assumptions and selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success of experiments 
  • A/B testing those ideas through offline and online experiments e.g. by creating campaigns and landing pages 
  • Analyzing and presenting the data and consumer’s feedback and bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs 
  • Driving traffic to your website, landing pages, social media, apps 
  • Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply them to any businesses 
  • Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Revenue - Retention – Referral) and being able to create viral growth
  • Continuously researching for new tools and best practices to inform new models
  • Support in planning, conducting and analyzing Ad Hoc consumer testing (qualitative and quantitative)
What will make you successful.
  • Completed university degree
  • First experience as a growth hacker
  • Having experience with growth hacking tools for A/B Testing, emailing campaigns, CRM...
  • Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, lean analytics, metrics and statistics
  • Being social and focused on consumer behavior and experience
  • Editing and copywriting skills
  • Having a startup mindset, not being scared of pivoting, creative, and relentless in pursuit of growth and results
  • Being curious and continuous learning on new tools and methods
  • Team player with listening skills, able to make proposals of alternative solutions in a proactive and reactive manner
  • Ideally you bring already first experience in Ad Hoc consumer research experience or consumer behaviour studies
  • Able to work efficiently in a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment
  • Have passion for food
