Are you looking for an exciting, challenging and rewarding internship in an international environment?

Within Nestlé’s worldwide research and development network, the Nestlé Product Technology Centre FOOD with the central seat in Singen, Germany, is responsible for the innovation and renovation of culinary products. The Nestlé PTC Food is the home of food, bringing culinary art to a level that can be practiced at home or used in a professional kitchen. NPTC FOOD transforms science into technologies that deliver tasty and balanced meals with the highest freshness perception and convenience.

 

To support our Material & Recipe Management Team, we are currently looking for an Intern to start soon for a period of 6 months

 

 

 

 Responsibilities

 

As an intern, you will get a profound introduction into Nestlé Recipe and Material Management and will be fully involved in the MRM team in Singen getting in touch with other interesting projects and related experts. The position will provide you with a deep understanding of raw material requirements for produrement, recipe development and nutrition. 

Hence there are several interesting activities waiting for you:

  • Creation and update of SAP Raw Material Specifications to support global compliance initiatives
  • Understanding of raw material requirements for procurement and product development/nutrition
  • Contact with suppliers to compile raw material information, such as nutritional, sensory, composition and contaminants
  • Close interaction with Specification Process Managers, Ingredient Advisors and Subject Matter Experts within Research & Development and operations

 

Requirements: 

 

Student of nutritional science and home economics or food / nutrition technology or similar

    • Scientific background
    • Very structured
    • Working independently
    • Result oriented
    • IT affinity
    • Good communication skills
    • English (Fluent), German a plus
