Based in Singen, the Nestlé Product Technology Centre (NPTC) is part of our global network of Research Centres with NPTC Singen focusing purely on excellence in Food worldwide. Whether Cooking Aid, Meat Alternative, Soups or Sauces, the NPTC leads the way in how they're developed, processed and packaged. A day in a life of…
  • Supporting food scientists, product developers and engineers in the field of physical food analysis
  • Developing and validating analytical methods
  • Performing physical and chemical analyses and experimental procedures
  • Ensuring the calibration and maintenance of equipment
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Training technicians and students on laboratory analyses
  • Keep track of new developments in physical analysis and contributes to Nestlé R&D networks
What will make you successful?
  • Master or PhD in Food Science or Material Science
  • Professional experience in a comparable function
  • Experience in powder analysis, thermal analysis and rheology or texture analysis
  • Independent and reliable work style
  • Team player and quick learner
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office
