A day in a life of…    

  • Manage technology and process development projects
  • Design, develop and industrialize processes and new technologies of the future beyond state-of-the-art to achieve sustainable performance
  • Give operational support to our factories around the globe to improve processes and performance while ensuring quality.
  • Optimize existing processes to deliver process excellence and support renovations in alignment with the business
  • Drive and co-create with category technical management to build competencies across the Network by providing functional expertise 

 

What makes you successful: 

  • You have a Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or Chemical Engineerin
  • You can provide a track record of a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in operations, preferable Plant Based and/or Culinary factories.
  • You are curious and eager to develop and improve processes.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You are proficient in English.
