A day in a life of a Packaging Specialist: 

  • You propose and develope new packaging ideas and concepts, related to sustainability and consumer centricity.
  • You build and document knowledge about the latest methods, trends, and developments in relevant fields of activity. 
  • Also, you propose, plan and deliver technical and scientific support for R&D projects as well as common projects with other R&D Units and Markets. 
  • Quality, cost efficiency and on-time deliveries are not only buzzwords to you. You provide accurate and on-time support to operation with effective and sustainable solutions. 
  • You also make sure that efficient operation is provided by an effective material/machine interface. This also leads to driving opportunities for optimization and standardization. 

 

What will make you successful? 

  • You have a degree in Packaging Technology, Science, Engineering, or other related subject, with a focus on packaging. 
  • You have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience in R&D, operations or corporate experience related to packaging topics in an FMCG environment. 
  • There you developed an up-to-date knowledge of quality, safety and hygiene requirements. 
  • Your fluent language skills in English complete your profile. Further language skills are a plus.
