A day in a life of a R&D Packaging Specialist
- You harness cutting-edge technologies and innovative packaging solutions from suppliers to elevate your projects.
- You excel in managing stakeholders and communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity and collaboration.
- Also, you possess the creativity to develop disruptive concepts that challenge the status quo and drive progress.
- Analyzing packaging materials in the laboratory, providing insights that enhance product performance and sustainability is also on your daily agenda.
- You craft comprehensive reports that convey critical information and support informed decision-making.
- You actively engage in team meetings, contributing your ideas and fostering a collaborative environment for success.
What will make you successful
- You hold a Master’s Degree in Engineering, specializing in packaging, mechanical, or process engineering.
- You bring at least three years of experience in the FMCG sector or with a packaging supplier.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of materials, formats, technologies, sealing processes.
- Also, Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills would be an added advantage.
- Your process capability is an asset that enhances your contributions to projects.
- You embody curiosity, strive to make an impact, and thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrating teamwork.
- Additionally, you are fluent in English.
