Position Summary

As a Trade Marketing Specialist NMK&KS, your role is to develop channel plans, while incorporating shopper insights into trade implementation to drive growth of the channel and category.

A day in the life of Trade Marketing Specialist NMK&KS
- Develops Channel plans based on consumer and customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Contributes to Category growth by identifying opportunities and action plans for priority Channels.
- Communicates Channel Guidelines to relevant stakeholders, including assortment status and promotional guidelines.
- Monitors implementation of promotional guidelines and price strategy in assigned channel.
- Tracks share of leaflet/Channel and Customer.
- Identifies gaps in assigned channel compared to competitors and proposes solutions.
- Collaborates with Sales and Category Trade Marketing teams to develop channel and key customer plans.
- Sends aligned monthly activity plans across all categories to Field Sales.
- Monitors budget spending in line with planning.
- Optimizes promotion plans through systematic evaluation to improve ROI.
- Ensures adherence to company principles and policies.
What will make you successful?
- Ideally, you have at least 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, customer management, sales, or related field.
- You have great negotiation capabilities, as well as strong bussines planning skills.
- You are a team player and result-focused with strong communication and presentation skills.
- You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
- You are advanced user of MS Office package.
