POSITION SUMMARY

Join the Nestlé Smithtown team, the home of MILO, and take on an exciting role as an IT Labour Analyst Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Indeavor system maintenance, issue resolution, and ticket escalation.

As a Labour/IT Analyst, you will play a crucial role in routine analysis, reporting, and action plan management for key weekly paid labour metrics. This includes managing unassigned labour, casual hours, overtime hours, general service hours, leave balances, and unplanned absenteeism. You will also be responsible for coordinating rework management programs on-site and overseeing the bin management program.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact for IT-related matters, ensuring system maintenance, issue resolution, and ticket escalation. You will also coordinate and maintain IT assets and equipment, providing training for software and applications, as well as hardware installations.

We are looking for candidates with IT background, experience with Microsoft and software applications, and a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving. You should be self-motivated, with excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills. The ability to multitask and work proactively is essential, as is a commitment to living the Nestlé values and principles.
