A day in the life of Brand Manager Grocery Brands

•    Builds the annual local Brand Plans and calendar in line with Central Team Brand Plans
•    Follows-up on the Innovation/Renovation projects to ensure smooth progress and alignment with cross functional team (Central PURINA, local DSP, Finance)
•    Develop a deep understanding of consumer / buyer behaviors, the competitive environment and its implications on the Brand, both online and offline 
•    Implements communication projects with consumers (advertising, packaging, PR & sponsorship), according to the Category and Brand strategy
•    Build the annual media briefing in line with Brand Plans and available budgets
•    Monitors/ controls and coordinates the budget
•    Contributes to the implementation of the eBusiness strategy in collaboration with the SEM eBusiness Manager 
•    Guarantees the consistency of the brand communication and visual identity in the channels or categories in which it is broadcast and monitors the implementation of the portfolio in accordance with the category plans
•    Carries out analyzes, presentations and proposals in various monthly meetings with the cross-function team
 

What will make you successful

•    3+ years of experience in Brand Management 
•    Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree
•    Good communication skills (oral and written)
•    Result driven personality
•    Analytical spirit, working with numbers
•    Exceptional project management and attention to details  
•    Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful marketing campaigns and product launches
•    Data driven mindset with experience using competitive analysis, user research and industry trends to create marketing initiatives that convert
•    Previous experience in digital (search, CRM, e-commerce) is a plus
