Position Summary

 

Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) is a joint venture, which combines the expertise of two companies: Nestlé and General Mills. Established in 1990, CPW employs 4,600 people and makes many of the world’s most popular breakfast cereals. The company has international reach, serving customers in more than 130 markets globally. Nutrition is at the top of CPW’s agenda. Carefully selected wholegrains are the basis of our breakfast cereals, and they are treated with care on their journey from the field to the breakfast table.

 

In this position, you will be the key local stakeholder for the category, driving the implementation of Nestle Breakfast Cereals plans, priorities and longer-term strategy internally and externally.

A day in the life of...

 

  • Defining strategies and segment plans that deliver Category/sub Category growth;
                                 
  • Identifying priority channels and recommending tailored Category Channel plans in line with overall market strategy;
                                 
  • Developing and proposing the in-store vision of success. Supporting its implementation, reviewing the effectiveness and safeguarding control & accuracy of total category trade spending;
                                    
  • Recommending winning commercial propositions and actionable in-store solutions;
     
  • Recommending promotional guidelines, based on shopper understanding and current market knowledge.
