Position summary:

Start your journey with Nestlé and make an impact from day one as a Commercial Development Trainee, contributing to the success of iconic brands across channels and customers. In this dynamic role, you will actively support product launches, promotions, and category initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to develop strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills within the world’s leading food and beverage company.

A day in a life of Commercial Development Trainee:

•    Support the preparation and tracking of activity calendars across channels and customers
•    Assist in the implementation of new product launches, including system setup and coordination with cross-functional teams
•    Manage SKU lifecycle and support freshness and inventory processes
•    Coordinate execution of commercial plans to maximize opportunities and optimize resources
•    Support the management of in-store marketing materials, including ordering, tracking their status, and ensuring they are delivered on time.
•    Assist with budget tracking and PFME-related processes (PR/PO creation, monitoring, evaluation)
•    Contribute to promotion planning and performance evaluation to improve ROI
•    Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and external partners
•    Participate in key planning cycles (ICP processes)

What Will Make You Successful

•    Recentrly graduated with a University degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field;
•    Fluency in English
•    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
•    Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
