Position Summary

Nestle Bulgaria is part of South-east market that includes 9 countries – Bulgaria, Romania and Adriatic region (Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia). The Consumer Engagement Specialist is an active participant of an international team within this South-east market. The position is located in Sofia.

Are you empathetic, proactive and willing to learn and develop? We’re looking for a dedicated, attentive and tenacious Consumer Engagement Specialist who will act as the first point-of-contact for consumer enquiries, handling both front office and back office tasks to deliver high consumer satisfaction, by creating exceptional consumer experience.

We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Consumer Engagement Specialist, who feels comfortable working with Nestle’s brands, putting the consumer first.

A day in the life of...
  • Welcome and inform consumers regarding Nestle’s products, services and campaigns;
  • Actively manage the database and update consumer records;
  • Process and answer information requests or complaints in close collaboration with Quality Assurance, Marketing and Regulatory affairs, providing the most appropriate solution according to guidelines;
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis based on information received from consumers on a regular basis;
  • Handle community management on Nestle corporate pages in social media as well collaborating with digital agencies.
What will make you successful
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure;
  • Diplomacy is required to arrive at a proper solution to a case;
  • Team oriented with a positive attitude;
  • Experience in multinational environment is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Fast learner (technical and processes).
