Business: Supply Chain, Order to Cash (Customer Service)

Position Summary

We are looking for results driven and customer oriented professional to join our Order to Cash team. Your main mission as a CSA is to collaborate with customers and find appropriate solutions in order to satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and Nestlé working standards. 

A day in the life of...
  • Collaborates with customers or makes internal contacts in order to fulfill customer orders;
  • Contact customer and propose mitigation actions due to Out of Stock risk
  • Co-operates with Centers of Scale, Sales and Distribution;
  • Provide 360 visibility on status of orders to customers;
  • Collaborates with customers and proposes the appropriate solution regarding issues with transport, such as load optimization, scheduling delivery dates;
  • Analyze reasons for customer claims and propose them an appropriate corrective actions for refusals;
  • Drive and encourage continuous improvement within the team moving to a more efficient process improving internal KPI's.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing one of the following teams: Cu stomer Services/Call centers, Demand planning distribution, Sales or Marketing, as well as experience in Project management;
  • Enthusiastic to work with customers/vendors;
  • Motivated and proactive person who wants to develop and build long-term relationships;
  • Analytical thinking that can help improve the processes in Customer service.
