A day in the life of...
  • Leading the own assets (websites, social media channels, mobile apps) implementation and maintenance, coordinating with the key stakeholders – categories, the respective agencies, IT department, Global Digital Service Unit;
  • Leading the holistic Search strategy of the categories in coordination with the Search lead agency and the media team. Regular analysis of SEM and SEO performance as per agreed KPIs and recommendation for further optimization;
  • Regular analysis and reporting of website performance and recommendation for KPIs and consumer journey improvement;
  • Ongoing cooperation with media team and eBusiness team for data-driven campaign management - Lower funnel activation, programmatic buying, viewability & brand safety;
  • Ongoing cooperation with in-house community managers, digital and creative agencies and categories for excelling in social media. Guidance and best practices sharing for creative considerations, copywriting, community management;
  • Cooperating with eCommerce team in eContent development, BUY NOW activation across touchpoints and online shopper behavior insights;
  • Leading the email marketing strategies of the categories and supporting them and respective agencies in deployment and creation of email campaigns. Regular analysis and reporting on key email KPIs;
  • Ensuring the compliance/approval of all activities in relation to Nestlé's standards and guidelines for digital and social media, as well as ensuring compliance with local legislation on personal data.
ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Attention to details;
  • Students in their last years of study or university degree in the field of Marketing, Digital Marketing or Business Administration;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in any of the key digital skills (Social media, SEO, E-mail marketing, Content management, Website development and management, eCommerce, Digital Media, Influencer Marketing, Analytics) is considered as a must;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
