Position Snapshot

  • Location: Sofia, Blvd. Evropa 128;
  • Conditions: 8-hour working day, labour contract, office based;
  • Qualification: University degree/ certification in IT, Fluency in Bulgarian and English languages;
  • Mandatory requirement: Bulgarian citizenship, based in Sofia city;

Position Summary

The Digital Workplace IS/IT Specialist performs activities related to the implementation, configuration, and on-going support of business information systems, applying problem-solving skills and the knowledge of best practices to solve issues related to system integration, deployment and operation.

A day in the life of Digital Workplace IS/IT Specialist

  • Developing Apps using Power Platform
  • Understanding the business needs and assisting in collecting and identifying functional requirements
  • Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality
  • Addressing and remediating security vulnerability findings in PowerApps
  • Work directly with internal customers to support various projects and solutions.
  • Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  • Design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  • On-going assistance and on-site trainings, finding appropriate solutions and addressing any knowledge and training gaps that may exist.

What will make you successful

  • Experience in the Microsoft Power Platform – MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI
  • Business systems analysis and support experience
  • Experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
  • Experience developing PowerApps model
  • The ability to work effectively with others, communicate clearly and deliver viable solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to respect deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in software support and system administration is a plus
  • Other Microsoft 365 applications (Planner, Forms etc.).
  • Previous experience in administrating or hands-on Power Query / Power Pivot / SQL / Any RPA tool.
