We are looking for a young professional to support the Recruitment team for a period of 3 months, on a full-time basis (8h/day).
 
A day in the life of a Recruitment intern:
•    Work closely with our Recruitment team in the implementation of the Summer's Cool initiative (communication, recruitment and hiring of participants, attendance sheet) 
•    Be the point of contact for the Summer's Cool interns (onboarding, feedback centralization etc)
•    Work with the recruiter to assess and hire the students for the Summer's Cool
•    Assist in the execution of local Youth strategy (communication preparation, cooperation with universities and student organizations, facilitate workshops and lecturers for students, etc)
•    Provide support in recruitment activities (draft job ads, conduct prescreening, schedule interviews etc)

You will be successful if you are:
•    A student or fresh graduate 
•    Passionate for HR and recruitment proven by extracurricular actives 
•    Curious and organized
•    A good communicator in both Bulgarian and English
