Type of contract: Permanent 
Qualifications: Excellent command of English and Bulgarian languages; at least 3 years of previous experience in Talent acquisition and/or Learning and training
Line manager: SEM Learning & Training Manager, dotted line to SEM Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an open-minded, passionate professional, seeking constant learning and development in a multinational environment, to join our Human Resources Team in Nestle Southeast market. The role allows high exposure to key processes and all sub-streams in Human Resources in a dynamic and dedicated Team of experts.

 

A day in the life

Talent Acquisition:
•    Lead recruitment processes for various positions based on business needs
•    Support in strategy and execution of Employer branding activities in close collaboration with other Talent acquisition specialists, regional Employer branding Team, Corporate communication
•    Support implementation of Success Factors system updates
•    Support in preparation of HR KPIs dashboards
•    General induction and onboarding programs’ support

 

Learning and Training:
•    Identifying and developing training and development needs within the organization 
•    Preparing training plan, budget, performing history and evaluation of trainings 
•    Manage budget details by tracking expenses to date, reporting and tracking invoice/PO processing
•    Organizing internal and external trainings based on organizational and individual needs, delivering internal trainings upon a time 
•    Leading and promoting internal Nestlé trainings
•    Interface management between I-Learn platform and employees to ensure employees have access to on-line registration for trainings

 

What will make you successful? 
•    Excellent communication skills, building relations with various stakeholders 
•    Strong project management skills - planning, coordination, follow-up, deadline management
•    Previous experience in organizing, delivering trainings and Learning management system (LMS) is an advantage 
•    Experience in recruitment of various roles 
•    Understanding of the Social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.) is a plus
