Team: Nestlé Professional

Conditions: 8-hour working day, Permanent labour contract

Position Summary
Talent Acquisition team is looking for a dynamic, proactive team player with genuine integrity, desire to ensure the development, validation, communication and efficient implementation of new or changing items/services to strengthen our Nestlé Professional Team in Sofia, on the position of: Trade Assets Coordinator 

 

 

A day in the life of...
•    Manage the planning cycle of fixed assets and its integration into monthly business planning (MBP) structure
•    Coordinate the process of trade asset acquisition, preparation and distribution to Nestle Professional partners 
•    Support the sales - marketing team in winning new customers and managing the existing ones, providing information about the performance of the vending machines placed on the market, to help in decision making


Tracking KPIs related to machine performance and service related to:
o    Non-used machines (Idle machines)
o    Accurate maintaining of machines  database in all trade assets systems
o    Correctness of issuing rental invoices for machines and trade assets expenses calculation
o    Managing and coordinating C4C service and Vendon  Telemetry
o    Monitoring the implementation of placement plan on a monthly basis
o    Centralizing and verifying reports from partners and through Nestle systems
o    Coordinate, planning and assuring with Sales team that mandatory processes related to trade assets procedures (inventory, scrapping, purchasing, GPA) are executed in due time
o    Supervising of external Service call center.
o    Proactively contributes and comes up with business solutions to support the sales force
•    Tracking contracts related to TA and taking needed actions for updating them
•    Monitoring monthly the position of each trade asset and keep their record in the Nestle Professional systems (real status and accuracy of POC).


What will make you successful:
•    Diploma of higher economic or technical education
•    Experience up to 3 years in coordinating/executing sales analysis, business analysis, working with large databases
•    Experience in working with ERP systems, especially SAP, creates an advantage
•    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
•    Fluent in written and spoken English
•    Highly developed communications skills and ability to proactively build relationships. 
•    Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment.
