Department: Corporate Affairs and Communications

Qualification: Knowledge and experience with digital media planning and creation of media strategies is considered as a must. Negotiation experience in media buying and media vendors contracts is a plus.

 

Position Summary

The communications team helps us achieve our business objectives by developing and executing proactive external and internal communications and engagement programs. They provide counsel, strategy and planning, and ensure that consistent and credible communications are delivered to key internal and external audiences by strong communication professionals across the company.

Our activities target a broad range of audiences including media, NGOs, international organizations, key opinion leaders, employees, consumers and the wider public.

If you wish to deepen your communication expertise in the area of Media, partnering with media agencies across several counties, providing digital media expertise to brand teams in campaigns` optimization, improvement, analyses, evaluation, participation in media strategy developing and insurance of global media guidelines adherence, you might be the perfect fit our Communications team on the position of Brand activation specialist.

A day in the life of Media Specialist - Digital Channels

•    Guide and consult Business Category Groups on Integrated Media strategy (annual & campaign base), media mix/channels with focus on digital
•    Monitor the Media & Digital  Agencies in the development of media strategy/ planning and buying
•    Control digital media budgets and prices on a campaign basis as well as annual investments with focus on digital
•    Develop KPI’s (integrated media)
•    Track the performance of digital campaigns and provide recommendations for achieving planned media results 
•    Support formal buying and planning reviews
•    Prepare, distribute and present summary reports/requests related with digital media activities, budgets or any other related topics
•    Close collaboration with internal stakeholders like eBusiness for digital related projects like Data and Personalization, Holistic search, Own assets performance, etc.
•    Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager in course of the work

Experience and qualification:

•    Excellent communication skills. 
•    Highly developed organizational skills, ability to run several projects simultaneously
•    Ready to frequently cooperate with people from different countries
•    High Computer competence
•    Fluent English.
