Position Summary

Make the position of Logistics officer and 3PL coordinator your next career destination. You will be responsible for the control over warehouse operations (including goods storage and management) in Distribution Center in Sofia and Logistics Partners. You will lead the purchases and execute control over external services and materials.

A day in the life of...

•    Coordinates projects, related to optimizations in working processes and other system/ tools implementations
•    Performs control checks (incl. documentation) over Imports/ Deliveries to DC, purchased and delivered services and materials; performs goods receipt in SAP
•    Performs trainings and Safety/ Quality instructions to DC personnel and 3PL warehouse operators
•    Plans, coordinates and manages all inventory counts (full and cycle) of finished goods materials in DC Sofia and 3PLs
•    Responsible for maintenance of all company property in good condition and commits to return upon termination of employment relationships 
•    Responsible for proper document processing, related to operation in Distribution team
•    Responsible for on-time and accurate processing of SAP transactions and Health- Checks to prevent operations from wrong postings
•    Responsible for materials master data in SAP WMS, incl. customers’ shelf- life requirements
•    Responsible for proper storage and management of Nestle finished goods within DC and 3PL locations
•    Responsible for continuous process improvement with regards to system knowledge of all warehouse transactions
