Position Summary

A day in the life of...

Marketing strategy:
• Autonomus in preparing analysis inputs for MBS/ICP
for respective brands eithin Purina category for whole Adriatic region (7countries).
• Translate brand strategies into local brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies, ensuring flawless execution.
• Coordination ATL/BTL agencies in communication material development implementation
• Coordination of Digital agencies
• Innovation/Rennovation
• Proposes and implements the Innovation & Renovation strategy based on identified consumer needs and central brand strategies
• Plan and prepare lacal launches ( drive and moditior the performance )

Trade execution
• Accountable for operational execution of the brand plan for all elements of the marketing mix:
o SKU management: product portfolio optimatization, developments, knowledge
o Propose pricing strategy in all countries in the region
o Consumer promotions: pre/post evaluations: (Identifying key findings and actions)
o Place/distribution: accountable for POSM development, inputs for Trade marketing
• Actively cooperate with sales/MDO team on development of brand sales and channel objectives and strategies, specifically with regard to category management

Dynamic forecasing and profitability:
• Understanding the profitability of his respective category/brand and propose the areas for improvement
• Monitoring of market trends, Market share, sales out data and understanding the process of DF
• Manage and control brand budgets and spending
• Accountable for cooperation with other streams/functions ( MOR+ local MSR meetings )

Team work spirit and communication:
• Responsible for information flow and multifunctional team engagement behind the category
• Clear communication and development presentation skills

For accurate and timely performance of work, the employee reports to Group Brand Manager NPP Specialist Brands SEM.

What will make you successful

  • Ideally, you are a proactive person with strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking and result focus.
  • You have minimum 3 years of relevant work experience and university degree in the relevant field.
  • You have excellent communication skills, developed presentation skills, good business sense and product knowledge.
  • You have excellent knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, you are advanced user of MS Office package.
