2023 Nestlé USA Procurement Co-op Program:


What to expect:
At Nestlé USA, our Procurement team is driven by the desire to deliver world-class service and support to our trusted retail partners. Nestle offers a Co-Op program where you are provided with the experience and knowledge essential for a career within Procurement. Our program is designed to develop well-rounded Procurement Professionals. Our opportunities are comprehensive, hands-on, and strategically integrated.


This unique program allows individuals the opportunity for direct exposure to foundational Procurement principals and work alongside Procurement professionals.


As a Procurement Co-Op, you will work within one of our Procurement groups, including but not limited to: Buying, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement Project Management and Sustainable Sourcing. Co-Op assignments are generally planned from June - December annually.


Location:
Roles are based in a corporate office location in Solon, OH (Ensure Supply hub). Must be flexible to work remote or in the office on any given day and reside within a commutable distance to Solon, OH.


Education Requirements:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, Operations Management or other related field is required
  • Degree completed by June 2025
  • Preferred Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

 

Experience Requirements:

  • Preferred Procurement or related internship/co-op experience

 

Additional Requirements:

  • Available to start the program beginning June 2023 and ending December 2023
  • Interested in working on a variety of business projects requiring research, cost analyses, and engagement of stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, leadership capabilities
  • and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. Word and Excel preferred
