As an Accounting Analyst for our Research & Development (R&D) Finance team, you’ll deliver financial accuracy and compliance while tracking performance through detailed records and reports across multiple R&D locations. Come prepared to support business decision-making by providing reliable financial data and maintaining compliance according to International Accounting Standards, Nestlé Accounting Standards, and Nestlé Internal Balance Sheet Guidelines.

 

  • Execute routine accounting transactions, including intercompany billings, journal entries, and accruals, while maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  • Champion a First Time Right mindset, maintaining audit readiness and strong compliance at all times
  • Support the financial close process (PEC) for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles
  • Assist with budgeting, Latest Estimate (LE) cycles, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Support capital expenditure (CAPEX) planning and fixed asset management processes
  • Provide financial support to Site Finance Managers

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience

 

Other

  • Experience with SAP FI/CO is preferred
  • Experience with PowerBI is preferred
  • Experience with PowerApps is preferred

 

The approximate pay range for this position is $63,981.90 to $88,619.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position. Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
