The primary focus of the Supply Chain Change Management Consultant is to develop and implement change management strategies and activities, including communications and training, to mobilize and engage stakeholders for Connect Planning @ Nestle – Operations Planning.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead change management, communications, and training workstreams associated with Connected Planning @ Nestle- Operational Planning and provide support to overall Connected Supply Chain Program

• Develop and drive the Change Management strategy and plan across the different dimensions of Change Management (i.e., Stakeholders Engagement, Change Impact Assessment, Change Networks, etc.)

• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes

• Collaborate with the business process managers for each function to guide them in developing the process documentation needed to support the future state

• Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the impacts of change caused by the process and technology implementations

• Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change

• Identify potential people risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to proactively mitigate and address the concerns

• Support the execution of plans by the functional managers and business leaders

• Act as an active and visible coach to executives and leaders who are change sponsors

• Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work with the respective leaders to develop and implement corrective actions

• Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan

 

REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

• 4-6 years of change management experience required

• Experience with communications and transformational strategy development ideal • Experience in several areas of Supply Chain Planning (Demand Planning/Forecasting, Supply Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning/Warehouse, Deployment) is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and root cause identification skills

• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

• Excellent customer service and leadership skills

• Ability to work effectively and influence at all levels of an organization

• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively, both as a team member and independently • Excellent active listening skills

• Consulting experience is an asset

• Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles in executing complex, multifunctional scoped projects

• Experience applying change management principles and methodologies in enterprise environments

• Self-Motivator who can drive for resolution of problems. Strong and creative problem-solving skills. Effectively able to influence without authority

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
