The Coffee Expertise Category Specialist will support the Sales area in prospecting new Coffee customers. This individual will support new & existing customers with menu development, beverages presentation and staff training. They will work with product development during recipe creation process as the category subject matter expert, and provide Sales and Marketing teams with category expertise knowledge and training, including the development of materials and e-content. They will also serve as Nestlé Professional's point of contact and representative towards coffee and barista associations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Teams in prospecting, testing and executing NESCAFE, Coffee mate and Nestle Vitality beverage programs with customers
• Provide service and knowledge to existing beverage customers with menu development, beverages presentation and staff training
• Support Technical Application Group with product & beverage innovation and renovation development projects
• Leads the development of new recipes for NP Beverage equipment solutions and beverage menu ideations
• Coffee & Beverage training initiatives to NP RTM customers including brokers, distributors, and vending operators
• Coffee & Beverage training to NP Teams including in depth training to the FTE's involved in the NESCAFÉ & Coffee mate business and higher-level training to all NP FTE's
• Creation of materials and e-content to foster the coffee expertise within our teams and towards our customers
• Foster a culture of coffee passion and expertise within the NP organization with the organization of regular coffee tastings, information sessions, coffee passion day's, World International Coffee Day activities, etc.
• Provide appropriate data for ICP meeting inputs regarding his specific job
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
• Serve as Nestlé Professional representative towards the industry associations such as Specialty Coffee Association, National Coffee Association, etc.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years Barista experience
• Minimum 3 years Sales experience
• University Degree
• Coffee Training Certification
