Position Overview:
The Customer Account Associate supports the Account Director, Senior Manager, and Account Managers in delivering annual sales objectives through customer account support, retail execution coordination, reporting, and systems administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Execution Support
- Coordinate retail execution materials, NRS workbooks, sell sheets, and distribution activities.
- Prepare upcoming NRS materials and participate in regular NRS touchpoints.
- Monitor out-of-stock reporting, sales impact, and follow-up communications.
Customer Account Team Support & Systems Administration
- Maintain customer forms, item data, product attributes, pricing, UPCs, dimensions, and customer item records.
- Support item setup in customer systems, including new item launches and customer initiatives.
- Coordinate planning meetings, including JBP, ICP, and internal business planning sessions.
- Manage automated customer reporting, reset calendars, category update submissions, and related forms.
- Coordinate sample ordering and related follow-up.
Forecast, Trade & Financial Reconciliation
- Support deduction analysis with Account Managers and Sales Finance.
- Support customer metric forecasting, trade events, planning inputs, and system alignment to ensure forecast accuracy.
- Reconcile customer and internal forecasts and support trade management, new item setup, and financial reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Sales support, customer support, administrative, analytical, Field Sales Representative, or Customer Account Analyst experience preferred.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in SharePoint and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, communicate clearly, and collaborate across functions.
Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
Bonus Eligibility: Yes
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
