POSITION SUMMARY:
The Relationship Specialist in the Business Solutions Center is responsible for managing relationships with cross-functional business partners. They track and analyze key measures to identify gaps and ensure compliance. Serving as a point of contact, they foster collaboration among partners to ensure alignment of roles and responsibilities.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Relationship management of claims and deduction resolution through collaboration with COS, Sales, Credit, and other Supply Chain functions (CSA, CFSC, Physical Logistics, and Transportation).
- Trending of customer claim and deduction details and make determination of claim validity in alignment with business policies
- Collaborate with Customer Solution Analysts on return-related claims and OS&D on refusal-related claims.
- Collaborate with BSC Customer Solution Analysts on claims and deduction issues, such as pricing overrides, refusals, and drive to root cause resolution.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities related to E2E opportunities.
- Monitor the total outstanding deduction balance for the customer portfolio within the BSC/COS while focusing on process improvements and elimination of repeated deduction trends.
- Assist Process Optimization team with periodic audits of BSC operations
- Ensure all Nestle Next guidelines are being adhered to
- Collaborate with Process Optimization & SME team to ensure all policies/procedures are up to date & identify additional training opportunities within the BSC
- Perform root cause analysis and communicate findings and insights to appropriate stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional partners by utilizing, creating and/or identifying an escalation path
- Assist with potential reporting needs to enable easy tracking/trending
ADDITIONAL RESPONSBILITIES:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, business partners (such as CFSC, Sales, COS, etc.) to ensure the quality of processes are aligned to meet the business and customer needs
- Provide 360° visibility on status of claims to customers and internal BSC teams
- Identify, analyze and initiate the escalation process based on escalation criteria
- Participate in operational reviews and implement measures for the teams or BSC based on exception management and trending analysis
- Participate in BSC projects as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploman required
- 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain
- Experience in two or more functional areas a plus including order management, order fulfillment, claims and deductions, warehousing, transportation, deployment, supply chain planning, etc
