Location: Remote, US position. Travel is required for the role, approximately 30%. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance to an airport.
Position Overview:
The NCNA Director leads strategic direction, growth, and retention of some of Nestlé Professional Solutions most significant corporate business partner relationships. This role oversees a national team of account managers and serves as a key executive liaison, driving enterprise-level initiatives and shaping business strategies that deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and brand value across diverse customer channels.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Set and communicate the vision and strategy for customer account management.
- Lead joint business planning and executive-level business reviews with key partners.
- Oversee proposal development and business cases for new and expanded partnerships.
- Leverage analytics and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
Executive Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders at partner organizations.
- Represent Nestlé Professional Solutions at industry events and in high-stakes negotiations.
Business Growth & Innovation
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Oversee expansion of existing partnerships and drive innovation in partnership models.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of account managers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement by embracing NUSA’s new ways of winning—encouraging innovative thinking, agile teamwork, and a relentless focus on delivering value for our partners and customers.
Enterprise Collaboration
- Partner with senior leaders across marketing, category, digital, finance, and field sales to drive growth.
- Shape and implement initiatives that drive value to the enterprise and key business partners.
Contract & Program Oversight
- Oversee negotiation and execution of complex, high-value contracts and national programs.
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with corporate priorities.
Performance Management
- Establish and monitor KPIs for account management.
- Ensure delivery of revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, account management, or general management at Fortune 500 companies, premium/luxury brands, or food & beverage.
- 2+ years of experience leading national account management teams and managing multi-million-dollar partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in executive-level relationship management and complex contract negotiations.
- Advanced financial acumen and experience with P&L responsibility.
- Deep understanding of marketing, operations, finance, and competitive strategy.
- Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and drive organizational change.
- Expertise in RFP processes, proposal development, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to travel US domestically approximately 30%
Salary: $190,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
