As the FP&A Analyst, you will be a key business partner responsible for influencing and leading cross-functional teams to drive results that meet or exceed business objectives of Nestlé Professional North America.

  • Provide executive analysis and recommendations to guide management decisions.
  • Partner with Nestle Professional cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
  • Support the planning and forecasting process, including 3 year strategic plan.
  • Manage business projects.
  • Improve planning and reporting processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting, Planning, and Analysis:

  • Support and prepare executive presentation of financial information.
  • Support the Monthly Business Planning Process.
  • Track and communicate risks and opportunities; recommend actions to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Finance, Operations Finance, Finance Co-Pilots, and Decision Support teams to improve business results.
  • Provide analysis and insight on key performance indicators to support Finance organization and Nestlé Professional business objectives.

Management Support and Other Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial and operational processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
  • Act as the Finance Co-Pilot to support all Nestlé Professional reporting.
  • Special projects

 

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of work experience in finance required, FP&A experience is preferred
  • B.A. in Finance/Accounting required

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills/problem solving
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Detail oriented and accuracy driven
  • Critical Thinking
  • Ability to drive change
  • Strong Business acumen
  • Computer skills/system expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Hyperion Essbase)
  • Ability to work in a team environment; both local and global
  • P&L Process and financial procedures
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines, manager multiple projects and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Interactions with all levels within the various business organizations.
  • Self-starter, naturally inquisitive, ability to think independently.
