Position Summary
As a Finance Senior Analyst serving as a Category and Commercial Co-Pilot, you will act as a strategic business partner to the Marketing team. You will drive financial insights, support commercialization efforts, and enable data-driven decision-making across category initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning financial strategy with marketing execution to maximize business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Co-Piloting
- Manage multiple projects for Coffee-mate and Vitality brands between innovation & renovation.
- Run P&L proformas and lead discussions on COGS and pricing along with volume forecast.
- Play an active role in MBP cycle, challenging inputs, risks & opportunities and forecasts for better results.
- Align pre-commercial inputs between OF and DF.
- Lead Quarterly Coffee-mate and Vitality Reviews.
- Lead with influence actual P&L inputs including trade rates, COGS, and fixed cost allocation YTD vs. DF.
- DF P&L management including trade rates, COGS, and fixed cost allocation DF vs. prior DF and prior year.
- Conduct DF Load checks for total beverage rates and volume.
- Perform monthly PPV (Raw and Pack) analysis and take corrective actions.
- Manage waste by SKU for Coffee-mate and Vitality.
- Host bi-weekly meetings with pilots to manage priorities and expectations.
- Oversee PFME management including YTD spend vs. plan, ROI, and working vs. non-working spend.
- Own and manage I2L inputs for assigned brands.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Coffee-mate and Vitality marketing teams, pressure testing inputs and aligning on real opportunities and risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or similar field
- A minimum of three years of financial analysis experience
- Expert Excel skills
Skills:
- Knowledge working in SAP (or similar ERP systems), Supply Chain, and costing knowledge
- Strong project management skills
- Business Objects experience
