As an HR Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic HR team, collaborating with HR Business Partners across Nestle+ locations, including field, factory, and corporate. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience from the early moments of an employee’s career to their final farewell. This is not just a support role; you'll be a trusted advisor, providing HRIS, process training, and consulting to HR teams, responding to routine inquiries, and acting as a key liaison between various HR Centers of Excellence.
You will be a key player in ensuring data integrity within our systems, overseeing compliance, and maintaining open lines of communication between HR and the business. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong attention to detail and process orientation, and is passionate about making a tangible impact on the employee lifecycle.
Employee Data Quality & Process Management:
- Execute employee system transactions and processes across the employee lifecycle using SAP/SuccessFactors, serving as a SME for HRIS and employee processes
- Manage full employee lifecycle processes, including position/requisition creation, new hire/transfers/promotion/term process execution, issue resolution/escalation (Payroll, Tax/Timekeeping, etc.), company relocation and vehicle program initiation, unemployment claim response, special payments and processing mass changes divestitures.
- Handle pre-employment processes, including data checks, and consult new hires on expectations and required documentation
- Maintain the integrity of SAP HR Master Data for client groups, ensuring accuracy of salary calculations, job titles/codes, approvals, and follow-ups.
- Manage the I-9 process for new hires, including reverification when needed.
- Oversee policy, process, and technology for the entire employee lifecycle, including employee file management.
- Lead SuccessFactors and SAP data audits, intake form audits, and transaction approval audit & controls.
- Prepare and maintain reports using internal tools such as dashboards.
- Optimize data quality through regular audits and ensure employee data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Support the HR Operations stream in integration activities for acquisitions and divestitures
- Manage ad hoc projects specific to client and business needs
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to influence decisions and become a trusted partner with HR, Recruiting, and other business stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other teams such as HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, People Insights/Analytics, Payroll, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, IT and more
- Act as an extension of the supported HR client groups, providing proactive guidance on people-related business decisions
- Maintain a strong service mindset to exceed customer expectations through process standardization, measurement, and continuous improvement while maintaining flexibility
- Manage and partner with third-party vendors (Equifax, Sterling, etc.)
Process Improvement:
- Identify, propose, and implement process improvements and enhancements
- Standardize and document HR and employee lifecycle activities
- Partner with different teams to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to measure performance and help demonstrate the team’s value proposition
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in Business or HR-related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in HR, Customer Service or related field.
SKILLS:
- Strong collaboration skills with a service mindset in a fast-paced environment
- Detail- and solutions-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact with multiple levels of the organization
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Affinity for end-to-end thinking and process improvement
- Embraces curiosity and challenges the status quo
- Synthesizing information to drive independent decision-making using judgment
- Solid math and analytical skills
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors strongly preferred, with the ability to learn new tools and systems
