We are seeking a Lead to join the Supply Chain Analytics team. The successful candidate will support the strategic direction for technical standards, technology, and analytical approaches. This role will also manage strategic projects and drive the team’s analytical evolution to better support the Supply Chain organization. Additionally, this individual will support leadership in the development and implementation of technical analytics strategies, processes, and standards.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team leadership in the creation of a technical analytics capabilities roadmap to upskill team against industry benchmarks.
  • Provide expert advice and guidelines for Analytics ways of working and best practices.
  • Execute proof of concepts, pilots, special projects, and strategic collaboration in alignment with the leadership team.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of key Analytics Solutions to ensure adherence to standards, guidelines, and best practices by less experienced team members, non-experts, and end users.
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain function, Analytics, and Data Quality teams to identify business process efficiency or improvements.
  • Apply advanced analytics tools to analyze data and create statistical or predictive models and algorithms.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data analysis results and recommendations.
  • Implement data quality processes to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data sources and reports by leveraging automation and monitoring capabilities to proactively catch data quality issues.
  • Coach and provide guidance to functional and technical analysts.

 

Requirements and Minimum Education Level:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, a Master’s Degree is preferred in Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the job offered or as an Analyst.
  • Experience working within a Supply Chain function with a focus on planning, factory supply chain, transport, warehousing, or fulfillment preferred.

 

Skills:

  • Experience with advanced analytics tools or proven ability in using statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and explanatory modeling to analyze/interpret data and identify insights. Intermediate-to-Advanced level advanced analytics skill is highly preferred.
  • Advanced level of understanding of data modeling, data management, and data visualization practices.
  • Experience leveraging data lake tools such as Azure, Databricks, and/or Synapse.
  • Experience with or proven ability in coaching or mentoring a group of functional and technical analysts.
