Position Summary

Here's a breakdown of what the big picture entails for this program:
At Nestlé USA, our Supply Chain team is driven by the desire to deliver world-class service and support to our trusted retail partners. Inspired by our company’s four key Ways of Winning – Speed, Agility, Collaboration, and Courage, Nestlé’s Supply Chain professionals strive to efficiently and effectively distribute our products “wherever and whenever” needed while fulfilling our commitments and delivering outstanding value to our customers.


Nestle offers a Co-Op program where selected high-caliber Undergraduates are provided with the experience and knowledge essential for a career within Supply Chain. Our campus program is designed to develop well-round, Supply Chain Professionals. These highly sought after opportunities are comprehensive, interactive and strategically integrated.


This unique program allows individuals the opportunity for direct exposure to foundational Supply Chain principals, work alongside supply chain professionals.


Supply Chain groups, including Fulfillment, Planning and Procurement. Each Co-Op is 6 months in duration. Throughout the program, you will experience hands-on learning at a Nestlé corporate location.
Roles in Nestlé USA Supply Chain span end-to-end across the value chain, from supplier sourcing through production and delivery to our customer. Nestlé USA offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple businesses, factories and 2,000 products.


Possible roles may include:

  • Fulfillment – Transportation, Logistics & Customer Facing Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Planning and Analytics
  • Business Support Center

Location

  • Roles are based in a corporate office location, in Solon, OH (Ensure Supply hub). Must be flexible to work remote or in the office on any given day and reside within a commutable distance to Solon, OH.

Education:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain concentration or related degree (Operations Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems or Agribusiness)
  • Degree conferred by June 2023
  • GPA of 3.0 or above preferred

Experience:

  • Preferred supply chain or related internship experience

Additional Requirements

  • Able to start in June 2022 and work thru end of December 2022
  • Interested in working on a variety of business projects requiring research, cost analyses, and engagement of stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, leadership capabilities and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. Word and Excel preferred
  • Able work in the U.S. legally without employment sponsorship
