POSITION SUMMARY:  
The position is responsible for coordinating the facility functions of the Nestlé Professional Customer Innovation Campus. 
The overall objectives center on successful preplanning and follow through of purchasing and record keeping and compliance.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Create PO’s (purchase orders - standard and CAPEX) in SAP for indirect materials and services and complete PO processing to include payment and reconciliation.
•    Analyze raw material needs and purchase or request them from other factories or vendors directly. 
•    Coordinate Inventory Management functions including shelf-life, expired materials, inventory par levels and raw material purchasing to include IMM’s (Internal Material Movement).
•    Pay all facility bills including utilities.
•    Purchase all office supplies.
•    Manage purchasing function to include purchase orders and P-Card purchasing for expense and capital goods and services; oversee vendor payment process to assure timely vendor payments.
•    Manage raw materials, supplies and finished goods purchasing to support PD, hospitality, and other building functions.
•    Manage annual ISO 45001 Audits performed by a 3rd Party
•    Lead facility as liaison for SH&E and Emergency Response Team.
•    Other projects and duties as assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

•    High School Graduate or equivalent required
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. 
•    Excellent communication skills
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and excellent organizational skills
•    Ability to work with all levels of management

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • SAP purchase order management experience, preferred
  • Inventory management experience, preferred
  • MS Office Suite


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Leadership and project management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong conceptual skills with good analytical and organizational skills
  • Must be an effective communicator
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Self-motivated
  • Accurate record keeping/filing and attention to detail
