POSITION SUMMARY: 
This role provides support in optimizing order management and order fulfillment activities within the Business Solutions Center (BSC) to maximize efficiencies in our 
processes and day to day activities. Leads the optimization of our customer relationship management system and other optimization tools to support daily work within the Business Solutions Center (BSC). This role collaborates across key internal business groups, including Physical Logistics (Transportation/ Warehousing), BSC, Customer Facing Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, Division/Operating Company leadership to design and execute critical initiatives.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
OPERATIONAL: 

  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives to improve service to the customer and overall Supply Chain efficiencies. 
  • Escalation points for process-related issue resolution with the BSC, Commercial Team and Supply Chain
  • Attend operational reviews to gain insight into issues for both internal and external customer interaction data.
  • Monitor Quickbase for continuous improvement ideas to support implementation and rollout to larger BSC Coach and develop BSC members on process improvement and problem solving.
  • Could include ownership in BSC initiatives such as SalesForce, Problem Solving and Process Mapping.
  • If focused on Salesforce, includes leading the optimization of Salesforce system, ensuring seamless customization, data management, and process automation to drive operational efficiency while enhancing the customer and employee experiences. Also includes administration and maintenance of the Salesforce platform recommending and implementing enhancements, supporting training needs, and ensuring data quality. 


ADMINISTRATION: 

  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers. 
  • Attend, facilitate, and actively participate in operational reviews.
  • Ensure achievement of KPI’s, SLAs, and overall business objectives.
  • Deliver valuable and timely reporting when needed.
  • Embrace a Winning mindset, while being aligned, agile and adaptable. 
  • Other duties as assigned including but not limited to meetings, projects, training, and other necessary tasks to support adding the most value to Nestle.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Required: High School Diploma. Preferred: Undergrad degree in IT, Database 
  • Administration, Business, Supply Chain)
  • Preferred: Saleforce Administrator certification 
  • 3+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain related discipline (e.g. Order Management, Distribution, Inventory Management, Transportation, Demand and Supply Planning, etc.) or related O2C area

 

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytics ability with a focus on analyzing, interpreting, and extracting insights from large amounts of data and developing recommendations & improvement opportunities to benefit Nestlé & the Customer 
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be able to thrive in a team environment.
  • Must be able to handle shifting priority requirements.
