What to expect:
At Nestlé USA, our dynamic Procurement team is fueled by a relentless drive to deliver exceptional service and support to our esteemed retail partners. We are deeply passionate about embracing the future of work and embodying our company's core principles of Speed, Agility, Collaboration, and Courage. Our mission is to efficiently distribute our products to meet the ever-evolving needs of consumers, while consistently exceeding expectations and delivering extraordinary value to our valued customers.
Nestlé offers an exciting and immersive two-year full-time rotational development program designed specifically for ambitious graduates like you. This program provides unique opportunities for you to gain invaluable experience and knowledge that will pave the way for a successful career in Procurement. We are committed to cultivating well-rounded professionals who possess a diverse range of skills and expertise. Our program offers comprehensive, interactive, and strategically integrated learning experiences.
Our unique two-year program allows individuals the opportunity to develop and gain experience through two 12-month rotations in different parts of the Nestlé Procurement Organization. One rotation will be with the Indirect Procurement Team and the other will be with the Direct Procurement Team, including but not limited to Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Procurement Project Management and Sustainable Sourcing.
The role will be based in one of our headquarter locations Solon, OH.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or other related field is required
- Degree completed by June 2025
- Preferred Cumulative GPA 3.0 or above
Experience Requirements:
- Preferred Procurement or related internship experience
Additional Requirements:
- Available to start the program beginning June 2025
- Ability to relocate during the rotations as noted above in a corporate or distribution center setting
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, leadership capabilities and strong analytical skills
- Ability to demonstrate resiliency and ability to work through significant ambiguity
- Ability to work well within a team
- Interested in working on various business projects requiring research, cost analyses, and engagement of stakeholders
