Position Summary

The CLM Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing accurate and timely flow of leads to Sales, via leveraging the C4C Sales Automation system and optimizing the campaign management process with a focus on Beverages. Working closely with the Commercial team, he/she will deliver data and analytical support for customer segmentation and campaign management. The CLM Sales Analyst will report to the CLM Manager.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong skillset in data management & reporting, insight generation, critical & strategical thinking, time management, cross-functional collaboration and ability to work effectively in a high-paced, high-pressure environment.

This role will be responsible for these primary objectives:

 

Lead Qualification

  • Oversight of data sourcing, ensuring data is accurate and consolidated 
  • Management of data flow between systems to optimize user experience 
  • Communication of data consolidation and analysis to teams to ensure data is leveraged as a competitive advantage for decision making

 

Campaign Management 

  • Lead conversion to Campaigns and the ongoing management of the Campaign performance, ensuring strong Stakeholder alignment and team engagement 
  • Data segmentation and insight generation 
  • Supporting Data Analysts to collaborate with other functions to build appropriate touch points across the Customer Journey

 

Sales Team Interface and Operational Support

  • Supporting Data Analysts to manage co-pilot calls and coordination of execution tasks with Sales 
  • Coordination of updates and reporting to ensure progress on key priorities
  • Provision of insights for future demand generation

 

3rd Party Management

  • Oversee and manage projects with 3rd party agencies 
  • Coordinating cross functional inputs to ensure project briefs are wholistic and provide key insight
  • Tracking and reporting on progress and ROI assessment 

 

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

  • BS/BA
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and analytics.
  • Strong data management and data mining skills specifically in Microsoft Excel (SQL preferred but not required). 
  • Experience with Data visualization (e.g. Power BI)
  • Reporting and business analysis experience. (i.e. generating insights and strategies from data)
  • Working knowledge of CRM Platforms preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Trade and forecast Planning & Management Platforms preferred but not required
  • Working knowledge of Foodservice Industry preferred but not required
  • Sales experience, preferred but not required.


SKILLS:

  • Has the ability to learn the role and responsibilities of the position 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret data and develop recommendations based on business initiatives and strategy
  • Strong user of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience and use working within Power BI 
  • Experience with SQL preferred (not required) 
  • Team first attitude and collaborative working approach
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent follow-up required
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Perform as liaison function between cross-functional departments
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with sense of urgency
