Title: Senior Analyst IT Business Systems (Multiple Positions Available)

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Support factory floor IT system’s day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives by employing technologies and techniques, project management and capability building. Manage and maintain the systems designed to acquire and transform raw data into meaningful and useful quantitative information that is actionable and relevant to the business. Research, develop, implement, coordinate, collaborate, and train advanced methodologies and systems to improve operating efficiency, reduce cost and increase revenue. Supervise and work with the Factory Floor IT (FFIT) POD team in daily operations, problem analysis and escalation. Liaise with business users and GLOBE organization in supporting business and system activities required for internal/external audits, process/system enhancements. Maximize performance by monitoring and overhauling Factory Floor Infrastructure, collaborating with IT Platforms Architects on solution design optimization and coordinating product enhancements. Create and maintain highly detailed documentation including solution diagrams and architectural assessments for support, audit, compliance, and disaster recovery purposes. Develop, document, and implement training materials, Best Practices, and operational procedures for Factory Floor IT organization. Drive systematic troubleshooting and thorough analysis of complex Infrastructure issues amongst multiple teams to identify root cause and provide recommendation for remediation in a clear, organized, and timely manner. Telework is acceptable up to two days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: 7 years of experience in the job offered or working in a Factory IT Administrator role in a factory environment. Alternatively, employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or working in a Factory IT Administrator role in a factory environment.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following:

• 5 years of experience working with agile and scrum frameworks;
• 5 years of experience developing automation solutions;
• 5 years of IT infrastructure experience in network engineering or Windows engineering;
• 5 years of experience working as a liaison between business and technical teams;
• 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master;
• 5 years of experience working with Microsoft infrastructure including: Microsoft Server Platforms Ver Win20xx, Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, Citrix VDI, IAAS, and IoT;
• 5 years of experience in process and continuous improvement in service delivery;
• 5 years of experience in change management processes including creation of end-user documentation and training materials;
• 3 years of experience working with consumer-packaged goods (CPG) factory processes and CPG technical environments;
• 3 years of experience working on factory floors in PLC’s and SCADA;
• 3 years of experience working with Wonderware HMI.

Work Location: 30000 Bainbridge Road, Solon OH 44139. Telework is acceptable up to 2 days per week.
