POSITION SUMMARY: 
The Sr. Specialist, Customer Solution and Claims position is accountable for spearheading and actively contributing to the formulation, execution, and enhancement of the organizational strategy. They will drive sustained expansion and innovation through strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will provide comprehensive support to multiple managers, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication, while collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize processes and elevate overall performance.

 

The position requires a self-managed individual who is aligned with the expectations and objectives of the Supply Chain as they conduct their daily operational activities.  This position is based in the Business Solutions Center in Solon, Ohio. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational:     

  • Lead the development, execution, and refinement of organizational strategy
  • Drive sustained growth and innovation through strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead the successful execution of roadmap initiatives by making consistent and measurable progress towards key milestones and objectives
  • Develop Collaborative Partnerships within sphere of influence to achieve business goals
  • Enhance overall managerial effectiveness by providing comprehensive support to multiple managers, ensuring seamless operations through efficient task management and communication facilitation
  • Observe performance evaluations, coaching/performance sessions, and feedback review between managers and associates (as appropriate) 
  • Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline order processing and improve End to End execution overall
  • Business/Customer Insight: Analyze, interpret, and extract insights within multiple capacities to develop recommendations and improvement opportunities across all teams
  • Monthly and Quarterly Operational Review preparation with Leadership

 

Administration: 

  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders   
  • Attend, facilitate, and actively participate in operational reviews at multiple levels
  • Ensure achievement of KPI’s, SLAs, and overall business objectives
  • Embrace a Winning mindset, while being aligned, agile and adaptable

 
Other duties as assigned including but not limited to meetings, projects, training, and other necessary tasks to support adding the most value to Nestle. 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 3 + Years’ experience in Supply Chain (e.g., Order Management, Customer Service, Transportation, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Management, Demand and Supply Planning) or related Order to Cash (O2C) experience preferred   
  • Experience in a tactical and fast-paced office environment  
  • Experience in managing indrect people interactions and influencing others in their day-to-day activities

 

SKILLS:

  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation 
  • Application of Financial Acumen (by applying business and financial drivers to product agreed upon results)
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and be willing to take on new tasks or responsibilities outside of the regular scope
  • Strong ability to develop collaborative partnerships in pursuit of common objectives
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Work independently to solve issues and take initiative 
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Programs
