POSITION SUMMARY
 
 
The Sr Analyst Finance Co-pilot - Waste role is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Organization by providing clarity of results, partnering cross functionally on projects, and creating insights through ad hoc analyses. You will work in a dynamic environment where continuous improvement is celebrated, and you will help drive efficiencies and reduce waste within the network. This person will serve as a key conduit to communicate waste savings opportunities to key stakeholders.


JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Work with the Supply Chain team to identify key insights to improve overall profitability by eliminating waste, while providing them with up-to-date reporting and analysis.
• Update cost savings projects to provide financial clarity on initiatives across multiple cross-functional projects.
• Identify cost savings opportunities to drive value and present ideas and findings to a cross functional team.
• Work with stakeholders across multiple functions to implement cost savings projects while validating savings.
• Communicate savings status to leadership teams to inform on initiatives and actions.
• Lead month end reporting on Waste expenses to drive clarity around performance and provide recommendations to the forecast.
• Leverage key operational metrics to help translate operational performance into financial results.
• Provide financial clarity to Supply Chain teams on multiple cross-functional projects.
• Act as the lead Finance partner on multiple cross-functional Supply Chain initiatives to determine savings while providing recommendations to further improve results.
• Liaise with multiple groups within Supply Chain to aggregate cost savings targets to ensure we are meeting our savings objectives.
• Accurate and timely tracking of savings versus plan.
• Stable and reliable forecast.
• Clarity of cost drivers.
• Financial acumen within Supply Chain Operations.
 
 
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
 
• Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
 
 
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
 
• Minimum of 4 years with background in F&C or co-piloting; supply chain background a plus.
• Self-starter; independent thinker.
• Demonstrated ability to see beyond the task at hand.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a strategy and manage end-to-end projects with limited supervision.
• Proven track record working in cross-functional teams.
• Costing standards, accounting and proven understanding of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Proven track record communicating with peers and senior management.
• Analysis, forecasting, and budgeting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including deadline-sensitive priorities.
• Interpersonal skills with ability to influence and drive teamwork.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• SAP or other ERP experience.
• Business Objects experience.
 
 

 

Salary: $81,000.00 to $116,000.00 per year

 

Bonus Eligibility: Yes


The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
